Terms & Conditions

The app is for members of Dove House Table Tennis Club. You can register yourself, or a staff member can set your account up for you at a club night if you don't have a device to hand. Access to the app doesn't by itself make you a paid-up member — club membership and any associated fees are handled by the club separately from the app.

• Keep your login details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account
• Keep your profile information accurate — it's used to identify you at club nights and in match records
• One account per person

The app shows a "paid until" date on your profile as a record of your membership payment status, set by club staff. The app itself doesn't process payments or store any card or bank details — fees are collected by the club through its usual, separate arrangements.

Table tennis, like any physical activity, carries some risk of injury. You're responsible for judging your own fitness to play, and for playing safely and within your ability. Neither the club nor the app can be held responsible for injuries sustained while playing.

We expect everyone using the app and attending club nights to:

• Play fairly and record match scores accurately
• Treat other members, scorers, and organisers with respect
• Not use the app to harass, abuse, or misrepresent other members

We may suspend or remove access to the app, or club membership itself, for anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaches this.

You're responsible for anything you add to your profile — your bio and photo — and for the match scores you or your opponents record. We may remove content that breaches the code of conduct above or that we otherwise consider inappropriate. Club records built from app activity, such as ratings, handicap points, and match history, remain club records even after you stop using the app — see our Privacy Policy for how these are handled if you delete your account.

We do our best to keep the app running reliably, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or unchanged — features may be added, changed, or removed as the club's needs change.

You can delete your own account at any time — see our Privacy Policy for what that does. We may also suspend or end your access to the app if your membership lapses, or if you breach these terms or the code of conduct above.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example if we add a new feature that needs its own rules. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
